No Warranty
html2astro is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, html2astro, its developers, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, lost profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use—or inability to use—the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Conversion Limitations
While we strive to generate accurate Astro projects, the automated conversion has inherent limitations:
- Complex client-side JavaScript interactions may require manual refactoring.
- Custom build pipelines (e.g. Webpack, Gulp) are not preserved.
- Some CSS or UI frameworks may need extra configuration after conversion.
- Dynamic content generation must be re-implemented using Astro’s server-side or islands patterns.
Best Practices
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating the generated code before deploying it to production. The tool is intended to accelerate migration—not to deliver a production-ready site with zero effort.
Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to any files you upload and to the resulting Astro project. html2astro claims no intellectual-property rights over your content.
Data Retention
Uploaded files are automatically deleted 1 day after conversion.
Acceptable Use / Abuse
We may suspend access if your usage substantially exceeds normal patterns or poses a security risk.
